Irish Crepe-Paper Foxglove Workshop

What you’ll create

You’ll create a statement crepe-paper foxglove building the flower from individual petals and botanical elements and learning how to create the natural movement and structure of the stem.

During the workshop, you’ll learn how to:

• Shape and manipulate crepe-paper to create realistic foxglove petals
• Build the distinctive bell-shaped flowers (colour choice of blue or pink)
• Add distinctive foxgloval petal details with colour markers
• Shape and add foliage
• Bring all the elements together into a beautiful finished statement botanical
• Enjoy an immersive botanical workshop environment designed especially for Irish Design Week 2026.

Your foxglove will be yours to take home in a decorative bowl to enjoy as a piece of handmade, interior floral artwork.

It’s an opportunity to slow down, learn a new creative skill and explore how a simple material like crepe-paper can be transformed into something beautiful and lasting.
